The challenge

An industrial cleaning and ancillary services organisation with more than 50 years of experience, distinguished by its customer focus, needed reinforcement and support in cybersecurity awareness.

Objectives

The aim of the project was to raise awareness throughout the organisation of the risks associated with cyber threats, reinforcing the security culture and reducing vulnerability to potential attacks through trainings and practical phishing campaigns.

Results provided

The implementation of this project significantly increased employees’ awareness of cyber threats, improved their ability to identify phishing attempts and promoted a safer working environment. 

In addition, the training, which was subsidised, facilitated the affordability of the project.
