A recognition for commiting to equality

FemQA is a Basetis initiative that promotes gender equality and social inclusion through technology. The project offers a free bootcamp for women at risk of social exclusion, giving them the opportunity to enter the world of Quality Assurance within the ICT sector.

Beyond technical training, FemQA creates a safe, collaborative, and empowering space where participants acquire digital skills and personal confidence thanks to the support of Basetis’ own QA team and collaboration with third sector entities.
