The recognition

The jury of the 11th Awards for Good Practices in People Management of the HR Club decided to recognise Basetis in the category of companies with fewer than 50 employees, taking into account the people in the Castellón office, for being a company that:

 

  • That puts people at the centre, with a model based on self-management that promotes shared responsibility, without vertical hierarchies.
  • With a salary policy in which the highest salary cannot exceed more than 7.5 times the lowest.
  • For promoting teleworking, work-life balance and the incorporation of socially excluded people.
