The challenge

Calsina Carré is a leading company in land transport and logistics at a European level. Due to its growth and the need for process integration, they identified the opportunity to optimize delivery note management with their own, agile and integrated tool. This project was born to respond to this need, thus improving internal flows.

Objectives

Develop an intuitive and efficient tool for the creation and management of delivery notes, integrated with existing systems and adapted to the needs of the client.

Results provided

Increase in operational efficiency and reduction of errors in delivery note management. The tool has allowed a significant improvement in traceability, speed and reliability of the process.
