The challenge
Dynatec is a company specializing in human resources management that manages hundreds of resumes per month for different job openings. Currently, the selection process is entirely manual and is carried out by experts from the first selection of CVs to the final interviews and assessments. Given the large number of applications, Dynatec wants to streamline this process to optimise time and resources.
Objectives
To improve efficiency in the recruitment process by automating the screening of CVs. In this way, more applications can be processed efficiently, allowing for improved operational capacity and the dedication of time to higher value tasks, such as the final assessment and interviews with candidates.
How have we done it?

Results provided
Thanks to the developed solution, an 87 % success rate in selecting the best candidates has been achieved, and the system provides detailed explanations for each analysed field. This saves a lot of time compared to manual analysis and makes it easier to justify the choice of profiles, offering an objective ranking and the possibility to prioritise the candidates who best fit the requirements of each offer.
