AI Assistant for Ignion
The challenge
Ignion specializes in developing customized antennas for small-sized IoT devices. Selecting the optimal antenna for a specific use case and its deployment requires a high level of expertise.
To assist clients in the design process, Ignion hosts a web platform called Oxion, where users can simulate antenna designs. However, even with the tool, the design process remained complex, and many clients continued to seek help via email.
Objectives
The main goal is to improve the user experience and make the design process more efficient.
To do so, an AI assistant to support Ignion’s clients throughout the antenna design process has been implemented. This assistant has access to antenna design literature, their specifications and users’ design simulations.It communicates in natural language through a chat interface and handles complex design challenges and basic design decisions.
While assistance is focused on Ignion’s product offerings, complex cases are escalated to human experts, and high-value clients are identified for further engagement.
