Cat colony manager
The challenge
Progat Catalunya (a non-profit organisation), in collaboration with the municipal councils, works on the protection and defence of cats living in the street, especially in the management of colonies.
Objectives
- Improve the quality of life of the cats in the colonies.
- Improve the management of cat colonies: location of colonies, control of the cat population, identification of feeders, monitoring of sterilisations and veterinary care, through the development of a web application for the coordinators of the associations.
- Improve communication between councils and associations.
