The Directorate of Technology Services and Corporate Systems of the Diputació de Barcelona requires a comprehensive application maintenance service in the following areas:

– Library management applications.

Objectives

To provide a continuous maintenance service with the goal of delivering maximum value and quality in these areas:

– Corrective maintenance to minimize the number of incidents in the applications and resolve them as quickly as possible when they occur.
– Development of new functionalities in existing computer applications.
