The challenge

A company in the energy sector has teams that resolve emergencies that arise in the distribution network. These teams are organised in units that provide coverage in different geographical areas.

Objectives

To improve the efficiency of emergency management by sizing each unit appropriately, taking into account the likelihood of an emergency in each area, and complying with existing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
